How do I assign writing and approving tasks in a Profile?

You can assign tasks to colleagues and you all can work at the same time.

You can assign:
  • Writers, who will write responses. 
  • Approvers, who will review and approve or reject the responses.
When you assign writers and approvers, you can set the due date for these tasks as well. 

Simply click on an individual question, then make your selections in the Action Menu to the right. 

 Your team member will then see their assignments on their home page as a Task. 

If you want to assign tasks in bulk (an entire section at once), you can do that also. Just click on the Section. When you make a change to the Section, you'll update all of the Questions in that group.
