Can I delete or archive content in the Knowledge Library?

Managing content means keeping things fresh and consistent. While some content can be updated, or refreshed, there may be instances where content needs to be deleted. Remember, once content is deleted in RFP360 it cannot be recovered. We recommend backing up your content before deleting.

At this time there is not an option to archive content. RFP360 aims to create a better user experience and may have this functionality in the future.

To delete content, follow the steps below, or review a quick 1 minute video:

You have the ability to delete content individually or in bulk.


To delete a record individually, navigate to the knowledge library. Click on the record you would like to delete. Click on Delete located at the bottom of the record

To delete in bulk, navigate to the knowledge library. Select the records you would like to delete and navigate to the bulk actions tab in the upper left corner. Utilizing the drop down, select Delete Knowledge.

Note: We recommend utilizing filters to narrow down the content you would like to delete in bulk. If you’re looking to narrow down a bulky library, utilizing the filters. “Created Dated”, “Times Used” and “Last Modified” can be a great way to find content that is no longer relevant or up to date.
