Can I prevent responses from writing to the knowledge library?
Yes. In the Accounts page, you can modify the settings so that the default switch is always set to OFF (do not write).

Navigate to the Settings drop-down on the left hand side. Select Accounts and the account you'd like to change the settings on. Click on the Settings tab. 



Next, you will want to uncheck the box to save your responses to the knowledge library. After the fact, Managers and Admins can go through individual proposals and decide what to save back to the knowledge library.
