How do I Add and Remove Tags?

There are multiple ways to add and remove tags in RFP360.

Follow the steps below or watch this video:

Adding / Removing a Tag Individually
If you would like to add or remove a tag from an individual record, click into the record and toggle to the details tab.

To add a tag, Click into the Tag field and start typing. If the tag already exists, select it from the drop-down that appears when you begin typing. If you're creating a new tag, continue typing and hit ENTER or a hard return on your keyboard when you've completed the tag. Make sure you save the item you're working on.

To remove a tag, click the 'x' on the saved tag to remove it. make sure you save the item you're working on.

Adding / Removing a Tag in Bulk
Utilize the Bulk Actions menu in the knowledge library to add and/or remove tags from multiple content entries at once. 
Utilize the Boolean search or filters to narrow down the records you would like to add or delete tags from. After selecting your records, navigate to the bulk actions tab, click into the drop down and select Manage Tags.

To add a tag, Click into the field and start typing. If the tag already exists, select it from the drop-down that appears when you begin typing. If you're creating a new tag, continue typing and hit ENTER or a hard return on your keyboard when you've completed the tag. Select Add tags when finished.

To remove a tag, perform the same action as before. This time you will select Delete Tags to remove the tags from the associated records

NOTE: Depending on the number of entries returned in your search, you may need to update the number of entries shown at the bottom of the page.
