What is the knowledge library?

The knowledge library is where your proposal content is stored, indexed, and retrieved.

Proposals are a collection of many pieces of content strung together to create a complete, customized story. The knowledge library is where this content lives. When your writers search for previous responses, they are searching for pieces of content.

Each Knowledge item is comprised of:

  • Question
  • Response
  • Tags (which are optional)
  • Files (attachments related to the response)
  • Metadata (who created the content, when, and other available data)

Keeping records updated will ensure you give a consistent and accurate story of your organization’s capabilities. This will be a primary source of information for your writers.
