How do I clean up HTML formatting?

When users copy content from external sources, this sometimes introduces odd formatting which RFP360 doesn't know how to handle. Adobe PDF files are especially notorious for this, but Microsoft Word and Excel can introduce custom formatting as well.

So if something doesn't look correct, you can edit/remove the HTML formatting tags using the <> icon.

HTML tags are hidden codes that tell applications how to present text, typically for web-based applications.

When you click on the icon, you'll see your content the way a web-browser sees it. You can remove the offending HTML tags, close this view by clicking <> again and see how the data presents.
