As an invited vendor, you may notice the character limitations of the proposal questions if the issuer has established full-text responses or comment boxes. Full-text responses have a character count of 10,000 whereas comment boxes have a 2500 character limit. If there is a 2500 character limit, the limitation is visible while responding to the question.
If you are importing a proposal in RFP360, you can create and/or upload questions from external sources. The character count for proposal questions is 10,000 characters. At this time, there isn't a function to lower, or raise, the character limit from 10,000 when importing a document into RFP360.
