How do I decline an RFP Invitation?

When you first get an invitation, you have the option to "Preview" the RFP. After you "Preview" the RFP you can either click "Get Started" to accept or "No Thanks" to decline (see the screenshot below).  After you select "Get Started" and decide not to bid on the RFP you will not to take any action on the proposal and the Issuer will see that you were a "No Bid."
