How do I import knowledge from prior Word proposals?

You have the ability to import content from past completed Proposals in Word document form (.docx) by selecting the desired questions/responses you wish to have come into your knowledge library.
*Note: Please convert PDFs to Word documents before import*

You can read the steps below or watch the short 5 minute video here:

Note: All formatting and images sizes will carry over to the knowledge library and may affect your export when importing using a manual import or word import. Therefore, you'll want to ensure the formatting, sizing ect. is correct before importing into the KL. You can fix formatting within the KL, however image size will need to be fixed before import.

To get started, navigate to the Knowledge Library and click Add Content in the upper right hand corner. Select Import Content.

Step 1: Import Word Proposal
1) Press Upload Your File and Select your .docx file
2) Allow it to be Uploaded, Parsed and Converted
3) Once at 100% press on Next >

Step 2: Select Question/Response Pairings
The next step is to indicate where the Question/Response pairings lie within the word document. You only need to highlight the Q/R pairings you would like to answer. Simply ignore any information you do not want to take into your knowledge library

*Note: The Tour button in the upper right hand corner is a great resource if you need additional assistance navigating the page.
