You have the ability to import content from past completed Proposals in Word document form (.docx) by selecting the desired questions/responses you wish to have come into your knowledge library.
*Note: Please convert PDFs to Word documents before import*

Note: All formatting and images sizes will carry over to the knowledge library and may affect your export when importing using a manual import or word import. Therefore, you'll want to ensure the formatting, sizing ect. is correct before importing into the KL. You can fix formatting within the KL, however image size will need to be fixed before import.
To get started, navigate to the Knowledge Library and click Add Content in the upper right hand corner. Select Import Content.
Step 1: Import Word Proposal
1) Press Upload Your File and Select your .docx file
2) Allow it to be Uploaded, Parsed and Converted
3) Once at 100% press on Next >
Step 2: Select Question/Response Pairings
The next step is to indicate where the Question/Response pairings lie within the word document. You only need to highlight the Q/R pairings you would like to answer. Simply ignore any information you do not want to take into your knowledge library

How to select your Knowledge Library Content
Selectable area
Is where you are able to interact with the actual text. No further left or right of the line itself. Interact with it by pressing on a line itself or holding down your left click and dragging.
Choose Question/Response/Undo
– Click
– Drag to Select Multiple Lines of text
– Undo
Pro-Tip: You can also utilize "hotkeys" upon selecting by pressing on the 'Q' or 'R' key to toggle between the two options if you are bringing in multiple lines of Question w/o Responses or you are extending the length of the Response text you are bringing in.
Select Multiple Lines
Press and drag your selection down (or up) to select your desired Question/Response. You will see an orange box that will extend as far as the content you wish to bring in.
How to Edit your selections and text
Edit Button
If you need to change content form Question to Response or vice versa. Or you can Undo your selection altogether.
Add/Remove Text In-line
Press edit and you can add/remove content inline.
Step 3: Validate and Review Page
On the next page, you can review all the content you have selected. Here is where you can add additional information to your knowledge library records such as tags, created date, reviewers, ect.
Bulk Add Content
If you would like to edit all content with the same information, you can select the bulk action box in the upper left hand corner to add additional details in bulk. Click Select All and Edit to add details.
Individually Add Content
However, you also have the option to individually click into each record and add any additional details. For instance, maybe each record has a different tag. Click into the individual box and click Edit to add details.
Once you are complete, select confirm and submit your content to your knowledge library.
