How do I skip an Optional Section?

If you have an RFP with Optional sections, you have the opportunity to skip those sections if they don't apply to you (or you aren't planning to respond to the questions). 

When you click on the Section, you can skip by selecting the button on the right-hand action panel.  When the Yes or No toggle is present in the Action Menu, this means that the RFP Issuer has set that Section up as optional.  You can toggle Yes or No and they will be notified that this was optional for you.  Oftentimes this means that during the Scoring phase this Section will not be rated by those who chose to skip it. In other words, if you opt-out, you will not be "penalized" for that Section, nor waste everyone's time.
