What are key phrases and how do they work?

Artificial intelligence (AI) lives within key phrases in your knowledge library items. Your Question/Response pairs are taken through a service that finds the most noteworthy words/phrases based on machine learning.

 

Specifically, you will now be served up better search results from within a proposal outline and in the knowledge library. You will now have your content automatically populate Key Phrases that will end up in the Phrases tab within a single record where you can see what was picked up.
