How do I change the status of a proposal?

On the responding side, you have the ability to change the status of your proposal. You have the option to change the proposal to the follow states:

• Not Started
• In Progress
• No Bid
• Complete
• Complete-Won
• Complete-Loss

Updating the status of your proposals ensures accurate data moving forward. To change the status of your proposal, navigate to the proposal you wish to edit and select the Dashboard Page. Select Details.

On the right hand side, you will see a Status drop-down. Click into the dropdown to select your desired status. Once you are complete, select Update Proposal and your new status will be set.

After you have updated your status, you will see it reflected on the Proposals page in the Status Column.
