Best Practices: Templates and Styles

What are some best practices I should consider when using templates and styles?  In Word, a style is a collection of formatting instructions. You use styles to format the paragraphs in your document with specific fonts, sizing, paragraph indentions ect.

If you want to export a proposal with a customized template that matches your branding, your team will have to design Styles that compliment your template. Once you have
uploaded your template to RFP360 , you can follow this link to map out the coordinating Styles.

Before you do so, you may want to check out the tips below or watch this 3 minute video:

The main concept is whatever formatting you have defined within your template/coordinating styles will transfer over to your final export. You can make these changes after you have exported, however, we recommend making the changes to your template before importing it into RFP360. Additionally, you can always edit and re-upload your template too.
